introduction:xzm series ultrafine mill is generally used in grinding thin powder and micro powder. we designed this mill by our own experts based on 20 years’ experience and advanced world technology. our xzm series ultrafine mill consists of main frame, powder concentrator, diffused double-cyclone, pulsed dust collector, high pressure positive blower, muffler and switch board. these materials whose mohs hardness under 7 and moisture below 6% are the right raw ores within scm grinding mills grinding capacity. the final products are as fine as between 325-3000 mesh. how xzm ultrafine mill works | working principles:
the main motor drives main axle and every layer rotating by the power of reducer. dial drives numbers of rollers rolling and rotating in the ring by pintle. big materials are crushed into small particles by hammer crusher. then they are sent to store house by elevator. vibrating feeder send the materials evenly to the middle of the upper dial. under the function of the eccentricity, the materials fall into the ring to be pressed, crushed and milled into pieces by rollers. after the first crush, materials fall into the second and third layer. the pumping of the high-pressure centrifugal blower put the outside air into the grinding machine. the coarse powder will be brought into the classifier. |
